3. Fees & Payments

Consulting fees are separate from any third-party or government filing fees.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin services unless otherwise stated in writing.
Remaining balances are due per the agreed proposal or invoice.

Failure to submit required payments may pause or terminate services.

4. No Guarantees

While LAMNOVA Creative strives to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, approvals, or results dependent on third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, designs, and processes created by LAMNOVA Creative remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

LAMNOVA Creative shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
