LAMNOVA Creative values transparency and fairness in all client engagements. Please review our refund policy carefully before engaging our services.

Consulting & Creative Services

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all consulting or creative services.

• Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable due to time, resources, and administrative efforts allocated to your project.

Remaining Balances

• Any remaining balance is due according to the agreed proposal or invoice terms.

• Payments made beyond the initial deposit are non-refundable once services or deliverables have been provided.

Government & Third-Party Fees

• State filing fees, government fees, and third-party costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• LAMNOVA Creative is not responsible for refunds issued (or not issued) by third-party agencies.

Project Cancellations

• Clients may cancel services by providing written notice.

• Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise stated in writing.

Exceptions

Refund exceptions may be considered only at the sole discretion of LAMNOVA Creative and must be documented in writing.
